Captain Walker investigates a murder connected with a missing government weapon. In addition, he tries to track down a teen on the run from a crime syndicate. Elsewhere, Alex is the prosecutor on a case involving an unlikely suspect, a Texas Ranger who is on trial for murdering a woman he just met.
